Reference Number 0000383325 Purchase of general water and sewer utility repair materials (concrete products, water main repair pipe and parts, frames, covers, hydrants, valves, plastic pipe, flexible fittings, repair clamps, etc.) and water meters used by the Department of Public Works. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 at 12:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No Term of Contract It is the intent of the City to award the project on Monday June 2, 2025. The City of St. Clair Shores reserves the right to accept or reject any portion of this bid and/or to divide the bid in any manner the City determines to be in its best interest. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract upon 30 days' written notice due to poor performance or for any reason deemed in its best interest. All prices provided shall remain valid until June 30, 2026. Insurance Workman's Comp & Vehicle insurance as required by State law. The City of St. Clair Shores shall be included as additional named insured on this Owners & Contractors Protective Policy. Explanations desired by Bidders shall be requested of the Owner, and if explanations are necessary, a reply will be made in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be posted to online.
