Site work for a mixed-use development in Brookfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and water / sewer project.
A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal must accompany each bid as a condition that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and an acceptable bond in the amount of 100% of the contract will be furnished to guarantee performance of the contract in accordance with plans and specifications. All bidders must also meet the minimum "Contractor Qualifications" for this exact type of work as prescribed in Section 00030-Instructions to Bidders, and certified by submission of Section 00040-Form of Proposal. The "Turf Drainage Base" work must be 100% complete by July 18, 2025, so that the "Synthetic Turf Installation" that was previously bid & awarded under a separate Prime Contract can be 100% complete by August 20, 2025-the first Home Game is scheduled for August 22, 2025. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time for receiving bids. Any inquiries concerning this bid may be directed to Thomas A.
