Wayne County Hospital (Owner) intends to enter a guaranteed maximum price contract for the construction of hospital renovations and addition for a dialysis unit to be located at Wayne County Hospital, 417 S. East St., Corydon, Iowa 50060. The project is estimated for completion in 2026. Project Scope & Square Footage: Approximately 5,000 SF new construction additions and sitework: a. 1-story Southwest Addition including Dialysis Center and Site work. The Owner will be publishing a request for statements of qualifications ("RFQ") for construction manager at risk ("CMaR") services for the project on May 06, 2025. The CMaR will be engaged using a two-step solicitation process.
