City of Toppenish, Washington Request for Statement of Qualifications Engineering and Construction Administration Services The City of Toppenish invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional engineering and construction administration services for improvements at the City of Toppenish Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project will consist of engineering design and construction administration for installation of an Indirect Biosolids Dryer System and any associated work necessary to ensure compatibility with the City's wastewater treatment facility functionality. SOQs shall be limited to thirty (30) printed pages excluding a one page cover letter and front and back covers (if used) and shall include the following information: qualifications of key personnel, experience in providing municipal engineering services, familiarity with the City of Toppenish and/or experience with municipalities of similar size, experience with state and federal funding programs and regulatory agencies, relevant project experience/past performance on public projects, and references.
