SCOPE OF WORK: Remove shower/locker room fixtures and replace with 54 W x 42 D X 76 H shower surround. 6 wall lockers Recessed LED lighting 110 CFM or higher bathroom exhaust fan, vented to the exterior. New toilet New bathroom vanity with lighted mirror. Impervious floor and walls Demo and remodel two (2) small bedrooms Prime and paint all remodeled rooms. Re-insulate as necessary.
