ALAMEDA COE is seeking the services from qualified HVAC contractors to complete HVAC Upgrades in 10 classrooms. Responses to all questions received will be posted on the District's website, and e-mailed to all vendors who attend the mandatory job walk, no later than Tuesday, June 10, 2025 @ 2pm. Each submitted bid must conform and be responsive to the requirements set forth in this RFB. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. Further, the County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent vendors for one or more of the work items.
