Site work for a civil project in Hayward, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: The scope of this project is to replace the current irrigation well located at Kennedy Park, 19501 Hesperian Blvd., Hayward, CA 94541. The current well was constructed in 1978. As part of the 2019 park renovation project, well repairs were implemented to remove accumulated fill and deal with sand production from the well. Last year the recently replaced well pump failed and the park now utilizes city water for irrigation. This project will replace the existing well with a new well that is similar in functionality to the original well. The current irrigation system will need to remain operational throughout the project. Final well equipping and connections to the existing delivery system are also included in this project scope. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: C-57 (Well Drilling Contractor) The Bidder's license(s) must be active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and must remain so throughout the term of the Contract.
