Inc., with an awarded amount of $26,254.40.** Contract #1 project includes approx. 3,520 SY haul and place 9.5mm wearing course at 2" compacted depth and 700 SY milling.Asphalt material is being purchased directly by the Township. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Bids shall be effective for 90 days from the date of opening. The successful low bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond or certified check and a 100% payment bond or certified check, both within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Bids must be made upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to waive any nonmaterial defects or irregularities in the bid, and to reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
