Description

Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Bremerton, Washington. Working plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

The Contractor shall provide labor and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements herein: Replace all flooring in B/6125 (SSCC) & B/7445 (WSFF-1) with Epoxy Terrazzo. Escorts are required. All work must be coordinated through the NAVFAC Engineering Technician (ET). A preconstruction meeting shall be coordinated at least three (3) weeks/21 workdays prior to start of work and include at a minimum the ET, Customer, Contractor, and all required Sub-Contractors.
