Lower Towamensing Township will receive sealed bids for the following road construction materials, of which all quantities will be bid more or less: 1) 100 ton 2A - Delivered 2) 200 ton Superpave 19.0 mm Wearing Course - FOB 3) 500 ton Superpave 9.5 mm Wearing Course - FOB 4) 300 ton Anti-Skid - Delivered Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond payable to Lower Towamensing Township and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, as a security that if the bidder is accepted a contract will be entered into and theperformance thereby properly secured. Lower Towamensing Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid, which in its judgment, is in the best interest of the Township.
