Prevailing Wage and E-Verify Act Applies for Super pave Contract 2" Milling Retained by Contractor, 2" Milling Retained by Township, Super pave Scratch Course, Super pave Wearing Course, Super pave Binder Course, Hi-Wrap Binder Course, Flexible Base Replacement, 2" Milling Retained by the School, and Class 1 Excavation Special. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Township. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for 10% of the bid amount, made payable to Fairview Township. A Performance Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the Successful bidder within 20 days of the contract award. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
