Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairview, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 934 lineal feet of 8 inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer line, including precast concrete manholes, sewer laterals and other appurtenant and restoration activities on a portion of Fairlane Drive. Each bid must be submitted on the bid form provided in the bidding documents and accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashiers check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Fairview Township Sewer Authority in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. A pre-bid conference will NOT be schedule for this project. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
