Site work for a water / sewer project in Fairview, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists ofthe installation of approximately 890 lineal feet of 8 inch diameter C-900 water line by open trench and approximately 335 lineal feet of 8 inch diameter PE DR11 water line by directional drilling, including valves, hydrants and other appurtenant and restoration activities. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. Any CONTRACTOR who has pending litigation with the FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY is NOT eligible to bid on this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
