The Work of this project provides for the furnishing of all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, and plant, and the performing of all Work in accordance with these specifications and drawings, with exception of work that is expressly and specifically not included in the project. The project consists of one (1) contract: NFIA Airside Pavement Management 2025/2026. The project will be implemented under two (2) separate Notices to Proceed (NTP-1 and NTP-2) in two (2) contract years as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bid security must accompany each bid and must be in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price if the base bid exceeds $50,000.00 The Contractor shall perform not less than 40% of the work with its own forces. The NFTA goals for this procurement are: New York State Certified Minority Business Enterprise 10.0%, New York State Certified Women Owned Business Enterprise 4.0% and New York Certified Service Disabled Veterans Owned Businesses 6.0%. The NFTA reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all bids and to extend the bidding period.
