Site work for a water / sewer project in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work of this project provides for the furnishing of all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, and plant, and the performing of all Work in accordance with these specifications and drawings, with exception of work that is expressly and specifically not included in the project. Bid security must accompany each bid and must be in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price if the base bid exceeds $50,000.00. Requests may be accompanied by company check, certified check, cashiers check or postal money order drawn in favor of the NFTA. The project consists of one (1) contract: NFIA Airside Drainage Structure Repair. The project will be implemented under one (1) Notices to Proceed (NTP) as set forth in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform not less than 40% of the work with its own forces. The NFTA goals for this procurement are: New York State Certified Minority Business Enterprise 0.0%, New York State Certified Women Owned Business Enterprise 6.0% and New York Certified Service Disabled Veterans Owned Businesses 6.0%. The NFTA reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all bids and to extend the bidding period.
