Site work for a water / sewer project in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of epoxy lining, riser sealing and resetting of risers for existing manholes. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended. Questions should also be directed to this location. Bid Document packages will be emailed to vendors upon request. Addenda will be emailed to registered plan holders. Failure to not acknowledge addenda may result in a bid rejection. A bid deposit shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project. It is the responsibility of the Contractor, before Bid opening, to request if necessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those trades people who may be employed for the proposed Work under this Contract
