2025 Street Resurfacing Project for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for asphalt resurfacing of East Hightower Trail: Cherokee Road to Bridge (0.25 miles), West Hightower Trail: Cherokee Road to Roundabout (0.45 miles), Clark Street: West Hightower Trail to Parking Lot (0.09 miles). The City of Social Circle is located in Walton County. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be required. In lieu of a bid bond, a cashier's check, cash or an irrevocable letter of credit may be accepted. Both a performance and payment bond will be required in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Proof of workers compensation and liability insurance will be required with the City of Social Circle named as additional insured.
