Introduction The City of Tucson Department of Transportation & Mobility (DTM) has an estimated annual spend of $40,000 on this scope of work. However, the City reserves the right to increase or decrease the usage of this contract as determined by the Department of Transportation & Mobility. The City of Tucson is seeking bids for Guardrail and Related Products and Services. Please see the Scope of Work for detailed information. QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO: Angel Burruel (520) 651-7022 angel.burruel@tucsonaz.gov. TERM AND RENEWAL The term of the Contract shall commence upon award and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated, canceled or extended as otherwise provided herein. The Contractor agrees that the City of Tucson shall have the right, at its sole option, to renew the Contract for two (2) additional two (2) year periods or portions thereof. In the event that the City exercises such rights, all terms, conditions and provisions of the original Contract shall remain the same and apply during the renewal period with the possible exception of price and minor scope additions and/or deletions.
