Description Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to develop a Qualified Consultants List (QCL) to perform as-needed Horizontal Structural Engineering Services. The complete scope of services is located in the solicitation documents. The County intends to recommend up to 5 of the highest ranked qualified firms for placement on the QCL. The QCL may remain in place for a period of up to 5 years, pursuant to Pima County Board of Supervisors Policy D29.1(B)(I)(C).
