Description: Monrovia Volunteer Fire Department, Madison, Alabama (the "Owner") is seeking sealed bids for construction of the Madison Volunteer Fire Department (MVFD) Station1 Warehouse Building located at 345 Mount Zion Road, Madison, AL 35757. The Project is a one-story PEMB building, approximately 5,600 square feet, consisting of concrete foundations with PEMB structure and metal panel veneer. The building also includes interior spaces such as warming kitchen, restrooms and utility spaces. An open mezzanine is on top of these spaces and is constructed with light-gauge framing independent of the PEMB structure.
