2025 Roadway Paving Project All bids and proposals shall be properly and completely executed on the proposal forms provide with the plans and specifications, which will include the non-collusion affidavitas required by the State of Indiana. The bid envelope must be sealed and have the words The work shall consist of 2"HMA Mill and Overlay, with Full Depth Patching as required, along County Road 1200 E and two sections of CR 900 S A bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each bid. A one hundred percent (100%) performance, aone hundred percent (100%)payment bond and a ten percent (10%) maintenance bond will also be required of the successful bidder. It is intended that actual construction of all work divisions shall be started as soon as practicable, and each bidder shall be prepared to enter promptly into a construction contract, furnish a performance bond, and begin work without delay in the event the award is made to him/her The Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to comply with required Federal and State labor regulations Starke County, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bid.
