Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Pittsford, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
** As of May 27, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Town of Chittendon invites General Contractors to bid on construction of a ramp at the Chittendon Grange Hall at 3 Middle Road, North Chittendon, Vermont. The work includes construction of an exterior ramp, associated site work and the addition of an electric door operator. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. A PDF version of the Bid Bond will be accepted with electronic bids; an official version of the Bid Bond must be submitted within 5 working days. The Owner will require a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of 100 percent of the cost of construction. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept informality and irregularity in the bids. Refer questions to Brittanie Bradley at bbradley@nbfarchitects.com.
