Contract 1 consists of construction of a new treatment building including site work, site piping, building, chemical feed systems, piping, controls, electrical, and other items required for a complete functioning project as shown on the Contract Drawings and included in the detailed specifications. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The re-advertisement includes Contract 1 Well Treatment System only.
