Materials: Unless specifically indicated or provided in advance by the City, the Contractor shall provide all equipment and materials to complete this project. No equipment, materials or personnel shall be provided by the City for this purpose. In the event additional labor or materials are required, the Contractor shall submit a formal quote with all materials and labor listed. The quote shall be preapproved by the Public Works Agency prior to any work being performed and shall be invoiced accordingly. e. Site Protection: The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to the existing site and restore it to its original conditions at the Contractor's expense.
