All proposals must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing familial relationship(s) that exist(s) between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent of the Oscoda Area Schools. All proposals must be accompanied by a signed and notarized statement to comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012, as well as certification that vendor is not suspended or debarred. The Oscoda Area Schools will not be obliged to accept the lowest proposal. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after receipt of proposals.
