The District requests sealed responses for a Wide Area Network (WAN) solution. Bids must comply with requirements covering the Invitation to Bid, Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund (USF) Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, Products and Services Specifications, and other terms. Service providers may offer bids for self-provisioned fiber, lit fiber, dark fiber, or other third-party network solutions, and may combine other services, but all bids must provide a 10Gbps connection speed. All bids will be evaluated for cost-effectiveness based on service type, after which only the most cost-effective type will be compared for award. All bidders must submit an Intent to Bid Form by the designated deadline and are encouraged to attend a facilities walkthrough. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed, opaque envelope, and electronically via the specified portal by the stated deadline. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, e-mail, or facsimile Bids will be accepted, and late bids will not be considered. SPF proposals must include a 5% Bid Bond. Additional required bid components include a Bill of Materials, signed Bid Signature Page, Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and at least four references, with one reference being a school or district. The bid shall include the bidder’s legal name, address, business type, and signature from an authorized representative.
