Description

Site work for a civil project in Oscoda, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Charter Township of Oscoda is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from engineering firms to perform all professional engineering services related to proposed wastewater system and water distribution improvement projects. These projects are to be funded through the Clean Water/State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF), administered by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy. The scope includes preparing and submitting 2027 CWSRF and 2027 DWRF Project Plans, preparing preliminary and final designs for various water system improvements and sanitary pump station repairs, providing permitting and bidding assistance, and providing construction administration, observation, and materials testing services. Interested consultants must submit SOQs for both CWSRF and DWRF services, and only one consultant will be selected. SOQs must not include prices or rate schedules. Interested firms must submit three copies of their SOQ (not exceeding ten double-sided printed sheets, excluding cover letter, resumes, or figures), and include a copy of their insurance certificate showing the minimum required coverages. The envelope must be clearly marked as specified.
