Renovation of a municipal facility in Anamosa, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,528-square-foot municipal facility.
The project consists of removal of approximately 9,528 SF of existing roof system followed by installation of a new 90mil EPDM roof system. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The work must commence once Agreement is in place.
