Site work and paving for a civil project in Anamosa, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work includes approximately 350 linear feet of 12-inch to 15-inch cured-in place pipe (CIPP) main lining, 146 linear feet of 12-inch to 18-inch trenched sewer installation, one sanitary sewer in-situ spot repair, manhole and intake replacement, and corresponding pavement and site restoration. Pre-Bid Conference. N/A Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security, as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code in an amount equal to 5% percent of the total amount of the bid. Work on the improvement shall commence within 10 days of the date specified on the Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed shall be no later than December 8, 2025, work shall be substantially complete on or before May 1, 2026, and shall be fully completed on or before May 31, 2026. Damages in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per day will be assessed for each day the work remains incomplete. The City of Anamosa reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
