Site work and renovation of a civil project in Anamosa, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace and install a new 1,500 gpm forced draft aerator, replace access hatches to an above-grade detention tank, install sodium hypochlorite injection piping, and ancillary electrical improvements at the Water Treatment Plant. BID BOND: Five (5) percent of Total Amount of Bid PERFORMANCE, PAYMENT, AND MAINTENANCE BOND: 100% of the Total Contract Price PAYMENT: 97% of work completed on Monthly Estimates. COMPLETION DATE: July 31, 2026 Question Deadline 08/15/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Additions, deletions, or revisions to the Contract Documents considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer or Owner as having received the Contract Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date of Bids may not be answered.
