Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) testing and documentation. n. Site Restoration. o. Record Documentation The Engineer's Cost Opinion for the Construction of Phases 5 and 6 is $1,748,230.00. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check equivalent to five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, payable to the order of the Wayne-RinggoldDecatur County Solid Waste Management Commission, as security that the successful bidder will enter into a contract for the work bid upon and will furnish after the award of contract a corporate surety bond, acceptable to the governing body, for the faithful performance of the contract. This sum shall be forfeited in case the bidder fails to enter into the contract within fifteen days after the contract has been awarded. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the Bids received and to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
