Trowbridge Hall - Renovate Lobby Maintenance Bond: Not Applicable SUMMARY OF WORK a. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at Trowbridge Hall, 123 N Capitol Street, 1 st floor lobby, main stairwell, corridor, and student commons. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated 04/11/2025. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. General Description of Work: 1) Project consists of but is not limited to: Architectural: select demolition, fire shutter system, fire glazing, drywall, flooring, and painting. Electrical/Telecommunication: general electrical and telecommunication pathways, lighting, and specialty lighting systems Plumbing: piping to relocate drinking fountain, Fire Protection: connection to existing infrastructure to supply fire suppression to scope areas. 2) Alternates: Alternate 1: Display Pedestals - casework pedestals for Owner supplied display. 3) Allowances: Allowances shall include the costs of materials, supplies and equipment delivered to the Worksite, less applicable trade discounts and including requisite taxes, and unloading and handling at the Worksite, unless specifically stated otherwise. The Constructor's Overhead and profit for the allowances shall be included in the Contract Price, but not in the allowances.
