A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project is a Design Bid Build construction project to remediate existing pedestrian facilities (sidewalk and curb ramp) into compliance with current disability access standards (ADA) at 26 sites per Contract Documents. Other work may include: driveway replacement, curb/curb & gutter replacement, asphalt concrete replacement, tree root pruning, tree canopy pruning, tree removal and planting, utility box/vault/meter/maintenance hole adjustment, Street Lighting pull box relocation, PVC pipe removal and replacement, sidewalk culvert and irrigation system replacement, concrete alley and pavement replacement, street sign and mailbox replacement. , EBE participation is 8% BIDDER INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE Requests for clarification of conflicts and omissions from the contract documents shall be addressed in writing to: Yoobin Kim Sidewalk Division 1149 S Broadway, 7 th Floor Los Angeles, CA 90015 yoobin.kim@lacity.org The deadline for receipt of written technical questions is April 30, 2025.
