Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA), a local public agency exercising joint powers, is seeking bidders for services related to the repair and restoration of various park facilities, including hazard tree removal, debris removal, commercial plumbing (potable water, natural gas, sewer), commercial electrical, roofing, HVAC, door and windows, and partial structure repair (framing, exterior & interior finishes, fixtures, roofing) located in Pacific Palisades, CA. Contractors are not required to bid on all items. This is a public works project as defined in the California Labor Code and will require prevailing wages if the bid exceeds $25,000 and FEMA provisions compliance. At the time of bid submission, and at all times during the term of the contract, the Contractor shall hold trade specific license related to appropriate trade or better, issued by the State of California. All requests for Interpretation and Questions should be submitted to Martha Bolanos by 9:00a.m on April 16, 2025.
