Renovation of a power facility in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
This bid is for furnishing to the department of water and power, for a one-time purchase of, castaic power plant generator cooler group replacement, in accordance with the bid specifications and other identified documents. Question Cut Off Date/Time 04/23/2025 2:00 PM. Unifin Air Cooler with aluminum finned tube and 9010 copper nickel (CuNi) liner tube. Tube sheets to be 9010 CuNi. Exterior carbon steel surfaces to receive two coats of epoxy paint. Inlet and return heads to be SS304 and 1 galvanic zinc(Zn) anode to be supplied in each head, for added corrosion protection. The existing fan cabinet structure and fans will be reused, and the cooler will need to interface with the existing Stator Housing on the 273MW Hydroelectric generator, match existing bolt holes.
