The project will rehabilitate approximately 21,654 feet of existing corroded 12- through 30-inch diameter non-reinforced concrete pipe (NRCP) and reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) on the Joint Outfall B Unit 8G Trunk Sewer and Joint Outfall B Unit 8F Trunk Sewer with cured-in-place pipe liner. The project will also rehabilitate 83 manholes with a protective coating system and all appurtenant work. The Board of Directors may award the contract for the above described work, either at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the above-stated address, on June 25, 2025, beginning at 1:30 p.m., or at any other meeting of the Board of Directors within 120 days after the date listed above for receipt of bids. The Board of Directors may reject all bids. Unless all bids are rejected, award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The work of construction must be completed within 340 WORKING DAYS after the date in the Notice to Proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 The last day for submitting questions to the District concerning the project, plans, and specifications will be close of business 5 working days prior to the bid opening date.
