Sewer Service Replacement Project: Remove and replace the existing sewer service at 56-62 Pond Street. Additional work includes tree removal, concrete sidewalk reconstruction, restoration, and all other work specified in the contract documents. The work is estimated to cost $325,000.00. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. A. The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Remove and replace the existing sewer service at 56-62 Pond Street. Additional work includes: removal of trees, concrete sidewalk reconstruction, restoration and all other work specified in the contract documents. 2. This project requires a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Any reference in the bid documents to a lesser amount should be ignored. 3. The following items shall be supplied to the Waltham Housing Authority and be included in the contract price: (a) Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max, black titanium color and 1 TB of storage. (b) HP Laser Jet Enterprise MFP M528dn printer by Hewlett Packard or approved equal. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
