Reference Number 0000384285 Job Location: East Harmony Road & Weld County Road 19 Intersection The Town of Severance, Colorado ("Town"), is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional Material Testing Services for the construction of the intersection improvements at East Harmony Road and Weld County Road 19. Construction will begin in June 2025 with improvements along the south side of East Harmony Road and Weld County Road 19, including adjusting left turn and acceleration/deceleration lanes along East Harmony Road, adding multiple turn lanes along WCR 19, as well as traffic signal installation at the intersection. The project is partially funded with State and Federal grant funds. Attachment A provides the location of the project. Question Deadline 04/29/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, All questions or requests for clarification shall emailed to the Town of Severance Project Manager, Shar Shadowen, at sshadowen@ccginc.us. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The Town further reserves the right to issue clarifications and other directives concerning this request for proposals: to require clarification or further information with respect to any proposal, and to determine the final terms of any contract for services.
