Site work for a water / sewer project in Kenmore, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a new stream channel and wetland including grading throughout the project site to improve the local stream pattern, increase floodplain connectivity, provide more reliable hydrology for the wetland, and increase the area of the wetland. Large woody material (LWM) will be installed to promote stream stability and provide habitat. Native plant species will be planted throughout the project area, and invasive species will be removed from the site to the maximum extent practicable. The project will also involve installing temporary erosion and sediment controls and temporary stream diversions to facilitate the work previously described. All bidding shall be based upon compliance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions. All questions regarding this project shall be submitted electronically to Andrew Silvia at asilvia@kenmorewa.gov. The City will not respond to phone calls or in-person requests. Contract Working Days: 50.
