Project includes construction of new Express with snack ave, class six, Hunt Brothers Pizza, and CHOPZ inside the existing mall. Project includes construction of new fuel station in front of Exchange. Project includes re-work, updated interior and exterior finishes, relocation of existing restrooms, repair to existing exterior floor to arrest subsidence. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The construction period will be 365 calendar days. The Contractor will commence work within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed, shall prosecute work diligently, and shall complete the work within 365 calendar days after date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The time for completion Includes final clean-up of premises.
