White County is now accepting sealed bids for a two inch asphalt hot mix overlay for resurfacing the following road in White County Arkansas. Work shall be twenty feet wide with gates at driveways running out at one to two feet. A tact coat must be applied before resurfacing. Successful bidder must use a 28,000 lb. vibrating roller or equivalent to ensure proper compaction. Price shall include mobilization and must be quoted in a per ton price, include an estimated amount of materials to be used and a total project cost. The bidder shall include all leveling costs for each section.Graham Road-begin at existing overlay and go northward for 11/2 miles.B W Davis Road-1/2 mile include intersection.Reaper Road-1/2 mile include intersection. Work must be completed by 07/01/2025 White County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal which best meets the needs of White County.
