The existing pavilion building is centrally located within Fonticello-Carter Park at 2813 Bainbridge Street, Richmond, Virginia. The City of Richmond is accepting bids to provide general contracting services for the construction of the Fonticello-Carter Park Restroom Pavilion Renovation and Splash Pad project. This project has not been prequalified under the Code of the City of Richmond, Section 21-46. All interested bidders are encouraged to participate.
