**As of May 26, 2025, the project was awarded to Tri State Roofing Contractors, but the awarded amount is not available.** The following specifications are for the purpose of bidding for the reroof of the Bedford County Archives Building, 301 North Main, Shelbyville, TN 37160. The bid will be based on the lowest bidder if all certifications, insurance, bonding and license meet requirements. Clean trash and debris from existing modified bitumen roofing system to ensure the roof area is ready to receive insulation adhesive. Adhere Fleece Back membrane over the existing roof using a full spray of low-rise foam insulation adhesive, insulation, tapered insulation, and adhere to a standard membrane. Wall flashings will be adhered to the walls and new metal coping and cleat will be installed on top of the wall. Detail work shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's printed installation procedures for the desired warranty. Provide and install 24 ga kynar gutters and downspouts. Provide Contractor's Five (5) Year Warranty covering both materials and workmanship. Provide Manufacturer's Twenty (20) Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Warranty "Edge to Edge" Warranty covering both materials and workmanship.
