The Buffalo County Highway Department is requesting bids for asphaltic pavement material to be used for various paving projects in Buffalo County. This bid shall include all costs to furnish and supply the pavement mix including labor, materials and equipment necessary to produce the mix. The CTH J, CTH BB (NORTH), CTH BB (SOUTH)and CTH C projects utilizing this proposed bid material will include components of the Local Road Improvement Program, CHI.
