Wastewater Treatment Plant Administration Air Handling Unit Replacement: The City of Oconomowoc is requesting bids for the installation & start-up of an air handling unit (AHU) at the Oconomowoc Waste water Utility. The work, officially known as "Administration Building AHU Replacement," consists of replacement of the existing AHU on the roof of the Administration Building including disconnecting & removal of the existing AHU to accommodate the new AHU installation. Work includes disposal of removed AHU materials; installation of a new roof curb adapter; electrical work to reconnect the new equipment; start-up services & training. There will not be a prebid conference Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond & Payment Bond acceptable to the City of Oconomowoc for 110% of the contract price for each of the above Bonds in accordance with the requirement of the contract documents.
