Project involves installation of fence, wood chip path, clearing and grubbing, grading, erosion control, site restoration, concrete path, concrete pad, and water service stub. Additional Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to City of Oconomowoc at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to City of Oconomowoc equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to City of Oconomowoc as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids.
