The City of Oconomowoc is requesting bids for crack sealing asphalt street pavement with Hot Pour Rubberized Joint Sealant. Proposed street sections include ongoing maintenance of streets previously crack sealed where crack sealant has failed, or newly developed cracks on new or resurfaced streets. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 26, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes Bids shall be accompanied by bid security made payable to owner in an amount of 5% of bidder's maximum bid price in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check. Bidder shall be required to submit a Qualification Statement to owner with its bid. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in the full amount of the contract price. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid deadline. Bid security shall be forfeited to City of Oconomowoc if the bidder is awarded the work and fails to execute the agreement and furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to select any firm's Bid it deems the most advantageous & serves in the best interest of the City.
