The City of Oconomowoc Fleet Maintenance Shop is requesting bids for Removal and Replacement of (1) Rooftop Air Handling/Make Up Air Unit. The City of Oconomowoc (Owner) is soliciting bids from qualified service providers to provide the removal and replacement of one (1) rooftop air handling/make up air handling unit at the City of Oconomowoc Fleet Maintenance Shop, 801 S Worthington St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. Bids should include, but are not limited to: o Disconnecting and removing existing (1) operational rooftop unit o Reclaim refrigerant o Furnish and install (1) 10T rooftop unit o 4000cfm as appropriate for project o Mechanical cooling o Gas heating o Standard fresh air intake o Curb adapter o Gas piping to connect new rooftop unit o Low voltage controls, wiring and installation o RTU on standard 7-day programmable thermostat with occupied/unoccupied mode o (1) EF interlocked to existing MAU, (1) EF will be on motor starter with Hand-Off-Auto, to be used when additional ventilation is required o Wire new unit to work in tandem or single with existing unit o Line voltage wiring from panel to the new RTU and exhaust fan o Start up and testing o Include in price all crane rental fees and permit fees o Include in price one year of maintenance Work may start anytime between July 23, 2025 - October 31, 2025.
