Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has released project number RFQ20250417MCRWMA - Landfill Gas Utilization Project Engineering Consulting Services. MCRWMA is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms with qualifications and experience necessary to act as a technical advisor during project planning, procurement, proposal evaluations, permitting, and contract negotiation for a landfill gas utilization project. Proposers are responsible for making certain their proposal documentation is complete and is received by MCRWMA on or before the closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by proposers in responding to the RFQ. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or to cancel this solicitation at its discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the RFQ. Any alterations to the RFQ will be made by written addenda only. Communications from proposers shall be submitted in writing (email) to Magdalena Gartonzavesky, HR & Procurement Specialist, for this procurement. Except as set forth herein, there shall be no other communication with any other MCRWMA employees or consultants with respect to the proposal documents or project.
