LAKE REGION MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC. (Owner) is requesting qualifications (RFQ) from consulting engineering firms interested in providing wastewater treatment facility engineering services to the Owner for a project qualifying under Florida's Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), section 287.055 F.S. A firm will be selected based on qualifications in accordance with the CCNA, with an emphasis on wastewater engineering and funding experience. Firms may contact Cindy Overlock by email cindy@lakeregionvillage.com to obtain the instructions to the RFQ. Responders may not contact the Selection Committee, Board members, or employees of the Owner during the solicitation period to discuss this request for qualifications. The Owner reserves the right to waive any technicalities, reject any and all proposals which are incomplete, conditional, non-responsive, or which contain additions not allowed, reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause, and accept the proposal which best serves the Owner. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
